Created with reference to legislative requirements, existing industry standards and business best practice, the Talent Engagement Standard defines the critical compliance areas for employers.
Businesses can undertake a Risk Assessment, which identifies any compliance gaps, or choose to participate in the Certification Program, which includes periodic compliance assessments and recognises the achievement with certificates, logos and listing on a public register.
The Talent Engagement Standard can be tailored to your business with your choice of seven modules. The assessments are conducted by qualified and independent assessors who understand the recruitment industry.
